Am I a Transual or not, I only want other girls to treat me like a girl and I like girls cloths. Am I?

I'm 13 (guy) and only have friends that are girls guys are just so like dirty and gross and just ewww..... I'm afraid of surgery witch is one of the reasons I'm asking, Do you have to get surgery to be a girl? all my online accounts are female gendered I luv girls cloths and girly things I'm not gay but might be . I'm hating male puberty and every time I see a a girl I get really jealous that they are one. I just want to be treated and able to act more feminine. I told my mom about this and shes doing research shes ok with it but I'm not sure if I am one or not.. Please Help!! thx ~Vanessa~ <3
