How can i go from colombia to panama?

Does anyway know a website of any company (ferry or plain) that i can use to go from colombia to panama? I'm travel with my motorcycle and i dont want spend too much.. I have time than i think boat would be the best way but i cant find any place to book my tickets in the internet??
