Help! Really scared...?

Okay so I've been having trouble pooping for the last couple of days, I'll be in there for 30 minutes and only a tiny pebble with come out. I also noticed a small flesh colored bump down there, but it doesn't hurt and I'm not bleedin or anything. It's not hard either. I'm only 14 goin on 15, someone help!
