Is the proposed Iraq hydrocarbon law the most shameful thing pull off in history?

this is pure and complete inhumane action and is just a disgusting, they already have invaded, they have killed innocent people for fun, they have destroyed to country, and now they are thinking of stealing the last hope for the Iraqi's to get there country back to the way it was. in my opinion obama was no different from all the "white" presidents or America.
