That image has rotational symmetry only. If you rotate the picture 180 degrees it would look exactly the same. It looks close to having reflectional symmetry too (across the lower-left to upper-right diagonal line) but if you look closely you'll notice that it doesn't -- the "zig-zags" in the two corners connect to the white path on opposite ends.
