Could this be lip eczema?

Hello, It very well could be eczema. I have it as well. It can break out anywhere on your body. I have had it for 44 years( my whole life). Mine started out on my feet but now i have it everywhere.It takes longer for people who have eczema to heal from many things. When my lips get chapped it hurts like the ens.You could try using Carmex, it works for me. Mine is so bad i draw disability for it. My hands and feet is where most of mine breaks out.And on the back of my knees. If there was a way to get rid of it i would have done it by now. But they haven't found a cure for it yet.
