Yeah he seems pretty needy. Also you seem to have all the power. Its good you aren't abusing it.. usually girls like to toy with guys, string them around until the guy is wiped out of all his energy. You seem like a nice girl though.. :). Im happy, but now to get down to business. Do you like him? You do.. but he seems desperate. I would just tell him how you feel, and tell him to chill out! Sometimes you can't talk and its not that you don't care, but that you have stuff to do. I think if you let him know your feelings for him, he won't be after you too much.
