Plz rate my Pokemon Diamond Team?

skarmory sucks and doesnt know any good moves, umbreon is ok but there are better pokemon, charizard is great but he doesnt know any good moves tyranitar is your best pokemon, and and you might want to go out and get a dragon pokeon to replace one of those sorry pokemon like skarmory.
