Sidesweep bangs? help? Mother perferabbly.?

Okie Dokie, I still have that boring down the middle hair part. Eww i know right. Okay, and i wanna get sideswept bangs, ! Im afraid the lady will cut them too short, and theyll be all weird and stuff. AND! my mother doesnt like side swept bangs, or layers. But its my hair and i wanna do what i want to!! Help??
