Why do so many girls flock to guys who wear Ed Hardy t-shirts? I just don't get it.?

It seems like these guys are just obnoxious s who are trying to dress like some form of mutated punk/urban/ghetto/frat style, while only exhibiting the traits of ghetto fab and frat. I just don't get it. This style is killing not only punk rock, but hip-hop and tattoo culture as well. Can any of you ladies explain this overpriced garbage and the attraction to it?
