Ive had a new boiler fitted and some new radiators?

ive had a new condensing boiler fitted and 4 new rads all the raidiators warm up but two dont warm up properly whats causing this?one that doesnt warm up properly is a old radiator well fiteed last year and worked fine untill new rads and boiler were fitted any answers for causes please
