still painfull after fourth time?

Over the Summer I lost my virginity and had 3 times within the whole summer and it hurt a lot but got a little better each time. 2 days ago i had for the fourth time. it hurt pretty bad when he first went in then after that it was just kind of uncomfortable and not pleasurable at all pretty much the same as the third time. You are probably still swollen down there esp if you had to do a lot of pushing. It hurts when you urinate b/c one of your tears was more than likely superficial so it wasn't stitched. At least that's what I had when I asked after I had my first son 3 years ago. They should have given you witch hazel pads & a foaming antiseptic to help with the pain & healing process. The other thing they should have given you to do while at the hospital & to take home with you was/is a "peri" bottle. You put some hot water (as hot as you can handle) to spray on the area after you use the restroom. I never had to take any prescribed pain meds for it so I would say if you are in that much pain even after doing all of the above then I would make an appt w/ your OB & have them take a look. It's always better to be safe than sorry esp when dealing with such a sensitive part of your body. I tore in the same place all three times with my boys it hurts but it will go away in most cases. I just had my last little boy in March & I'm fine now. P.S. I wouldn't do a salt soak unless told by the Dr's as it may make the pain worse your perineum is a very sensitive area I would only do a sitz bath (sitting in the tub w/ warm to hot plain water & sit for a few min at a time) or the peri bottle w/ clean warm/hot water

Mine started out on my feet but now i have it everywhere.It takes longer for people who have eczema to heal from many things. When my lips get chapped it hurts like the ens.You could try using Carmex, it works for me. Mine is so bad i draw disability for it. I've done all the obvious things of couse like callen animal control, the local Humane Societys, checked with neighbors, put an ad in local papers, and put fliers up at any stores that will let me. We live in a semi-rural area right by Lake Michigan. Most of the neighbors are wealthy and have weeekend and/or summer homes and I haven't been able to speak with them yet it being off-season. The problem is that she managed to get her collar off with her tags (which I found)! I'm thinking that since she is friendly, adorable (all white!), housebroken, and spayed that someone just umed she was abandonded sicne she was missing her tags! I wish people wouldn't do that if the cat looks healthy! Just leave it be and it will wander back to its home. My 3 cats are indoor/outdoors and are all fixed and VERY HEALTHY! Since our road is 3 MPH and there is little or no traffic, not one is ever gotten hit and that's in the 35 years of owning 17 cats at this home. They live the life here, it's paradise! Even in the cool winters, they can come inside anytime and curl up by the fireplace! I was going to have them all micro-chipped and now I'm kicking myself (although if someone wanted a cat, that's not going to stop them, would it???) for not doing it. SO what else can I do? I was on vacation when this happened and my mother was feeding them (we share a home) but she doesn't pet them (she's a dog person, lol!) and she probably missed me and went looking for me! Please no lectures about how cats should only be indoors if you live in an area with loose dogs, wild animals that could kill them, they are very old and getting senile, lots of traffic, rampant diseases that vaccines won't helpt then yes, they are better off inside only. How to keep our kitten away from the christmas tree?

I have 2 cats. When they were younger this was a big problem. One of my cats would climb the tree and then lay in the branches. While this was cute our tree sure did suffer. Finally someone told me to get a spray bottle with water and spritz them when they even looked at it. It really did help. After a few days I didnt even have to get the bottle. I would just make a psst noise and they were gone like a light. I would recommend to you not to put your very breakable ornaments up this year. So many of mine were broken in the kitten days.

SAT...room for improvement?

Hey, so I got my SAT scores today (first time taking it) and I am extrememly disappointed. From the first time I took the PSAT, my score has increased by about 40 (1st time PSAT-140ish, 1st time SAT-1800ish). I have a few prep books that I've gone through thoroughly. NEVER ume it is natural sugar. You have no idea what kind of stuff they put into those drink that can be labeled harmless. It sounds like you know a little about white sugar, one teaspoon will put you immune system at half for 6 hours. Brown sugar is the same way. sugar in the raw is better than white, but is still not good and will still pull you immune system down, and spike insulin levels leaving you with a sugar crash. you might not feel it but your body will. I have started using sucanut. It is pure evaporated cane juice, when sugar cane was created it had chromium and other minerals that let it release slowly into you system instead spiking. in some/most cases it is safe for diabetics. A little more expensive yes, but good for you and it tastes like sugar and works like sugar, and you use it the same as sugar and it is wonderful

No funding for the closing of Gitmo?

Today in an overwhelming vote of 90-6 the US senate denied Obama's request for funding to close Gitmo. The main argument was that senators (republican and democrat alike) wanted a better plan for what to do with the detainees. So this begs the question, why even close it in the first place? I understand that closing Gitmo is symbolic and that we're trying to appease the rest of the world in doing so, but what's the point? Why not just leave it open, leave the detainees there and not have to solve a manufactured problem. Furthermore, why in the hell are my tax dollars going to a dog and pony show to simply show the rest of the world we aren't going to torture terrorist suspects anymore. Can't we just stop doing it and have that be enough?

Getting baby to turn?

I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant and my baby is breech. He is pretty much standing on my bladder and ever time he kicks it feels like it's going to come out my woo-hoo. This is my second pregnancy, so I'm not new to this feeling, but my daughter was always jabbing her hand down there when I was pregnant with her. It didn't start really bothering me until close to the end of my pregnancy. This time it's really early and I already feel like my bladder is getting shoved out of me. When he gets bigger it is only going to get worse. Are there any tips, that actually work :) to get the baby to flip? I know it isn't a big deal for him to be breach this early on but I don't think my poor bladder can endure too much more of being a trampoline :)

I want to send a message out to parents and teen offspring: if you don't want to induce feelings for teens in older men, then don't let teen girls dress, behave, and make out with their boyfriends ually out in public. Also, older men may feel envious of no longer being young - especially when they don't have girlfriends/wives.

The fact that his parents are out of sick days is THEIR problem, not their child's or yours. That is called being a parent. PLEASE HELP- Shortness of Breath- Pressure in chest?

PLEASE HELP! My mom, 43 yrs. old, is having shortness of breath, chest tightness, she sounds like she is whispering when she talks because she can't get enough air to talk normal and pain in feet. My mom was diagnosed with bronchitis/ pneumonia on June 26; her white blood count was 17 and her lungs were bad in the x-ray. She was given Avelox 400 mg, Nohist-Plus, Preventil HFA and a shot of Roceferin. She went back on July 3 and was given Benzonatate 100 mg, Advair and a steroid shot. Still sick, she went back on July 30 and her WBC was good/ lungs were worse than at first. She was given M-End WC (cough medicine), Zolpidem 10mg, Prednisone 10 mg, Mucinex, and was told the AdVair made it worse and to not take it anymore. She still didn't get better so she went back on August 5. Her blood count was going back up and her lungs were the same. So she was given Factive 320 mg., Singulair 10 mg, Proventil HFA Inhaler, and ADvair and a steroid shot. August 7 she went to the Pulmonologist and was told her X-Rays look fine and they did the Spirometer breathing 'test' in which she ped with flying colors! The only thing he could see was that she was "Holding" a little air somewhere and was put on Singulair again! It hasn't helped at all! Everytime we've been to the doctor she has had a 98% or better oxygen level and her blood pressure is good. She doesn't smoke- no negative health before or in family history. (Her dad had a stroke at 45 yrs. old.) PLEASE, give me ideas on what to ask for... what to do! It seems like doctor's don't know what is going on.

I have had a cough for about a month, dry, sometimes bringing up coloured phlemgh. So went to the doctor's today, and she listened to me breathe, and said I had bronchitis. She prescribed me some antibiotics, and an inhaler. Now, the anti biotics were covered by my health plan, but the inhaler wasnt, and would cost 120$. Got the antibiotics, didnt get the inhaler.
